 At Harvest Cellular, we all come to work every day with the single goal of eliminated the pains cell phone repair shops encounter when they choose a LCD buyback company. We’ve been around the block, since 2009 to be exact and were the first dedicated LCD recycling company around. Our industry experience includes wholesale, e-commerce, fulfillment, prepaid MVNO services and cell phone collection programs.

Most importantly, we’ve owned and operated cell phone repair service platforms for retail and wholesale industries. We’ve been in your shoes and uniquely understand the challenges you encounter. We pride ourselves in our ability to use our industry experience to always be looking forward, constantly improve our service offering and ensure our clients have received the highest level of value that we can possibly give them.

Dustin Jones

CEO/Founder/Co-Owner

Dustin drives the vision of Harvest Cellular, handles our technology platforms and writes on our blog. Dustin was formerly an E-Commerce Director and also owns a software business.

Joe Sullivan

Operations/Co-Owner

Joe handles the day to day operations and helps receive and ship all of our orders. Joe has over 20 years experience in management and previously owned his own food distribution business.

Christine Holland

Purchasing & Sales Manager

Christine handles and supervises customer relationships and ensures all payments are made to our clients. She keeps the glue on many other areas of the business including accounting, reporting and adjusting LCD prices.

Kirk Bowman

Testing Manager

Kirk ensures all LCD orders are tested with accuracy. He also manages our testing team members and can be counted on to help out in all other areas of the business when needed.

Felicia Ganter

Account Manager

Felicia helps new clients with any questions they might have and helps them submit their orders.

Taylor Shipp

Account Manager/Testing Tech

Taylor helps with customer relationships in addition to helping test clients LCD screens.

Steve Newcomb

Account Manager

Steve is responsible for the management of sales, and relationships with our customers. He's also recently went back to school for a degree in Christian Ministry.

Testing Technician

Katie helps test clients LCD orders for defects.

Sidney Soloman

Testing Technician

Sidney helps test LCD screens for defects. He also serves in the National Guard Reserves.

Receiving Manager

Stefani helps receive in incoming orders by sorting and counting LCD screens by model.

Daniel Sullivan

Sales Manager

Daniel helps sale new and refurbished LCD screens to our clients in addition to handling our online e-commerce sales. He recently graduated from UCF with a Bachelor degree in Sports Medicine.

Michael Guzman

Shipping Associate

Michael assist the shipping department with all outbound orders and ensures all LCD screens are safely packed.

Martin Mendoza

Administrative Assistant

Martin helps keep things organized by helping all of our staff with research, reporting, orders and daily administration duties.

– How It All Started –

In our previous life, our cell phone collections division collected and re-sold thousands of BER (beyond economical repair) smartphones on a monthly basis. To grow the value of our devices, we utilized our industry partners and began to  repair and refurbish many of these devices overseas in Hong Kong, China and the Philippines. During one of our visits to Asia, our host was gracious enough to show us around the numerous telecom businesses including street markets, parts vendors and repair factories. One of these factories just happened to be manufacturing original LCD screens from parts rejected by official OEM producers.  

A light bulb moment! With a 12-hour time difference, we immediately rang (and woke up) several of our current phone buyers who were mostly comprised of retail shops and confirmed our suspicion. EVERYONE was throwing these components away in the trash. Before our return to the US, we were offering cash for cracked LCD screens and our LCD Recycling division was born!
