Information on our process for qualifying and receiving a prepaid postage label for your broken LCD screen order.
- For existing orders that qualify for free postage, please consult with your sales rep for qualification details.
- If you already have labels and only need a pickup, please fill out the request for pickup only form.
- Please make sure all fields are filled out.
- Your request will be automatically received by our team M-F 9AM-5PM EST.
- Please check all spam or junk filters for carrier generated label emails.
- Please properly pack your LCD order for safe transit.
- If have been approved for free postage label(s) and can’t wait, please ship with the carrier of your choice and we will credit your account. Please make sure to notify your sales rep if you’ve done this to ensure that the proper payment procedure is taken.
