How will pricing be affected?

LCD Buyer pays more!  Not only does LCD Buyer pay more per good LCD, you will also be compensated for problematic LCD’s or for damaged LCD’s where parts can be salvaged.  A full price list can be viewed at any time by logging into your LCD Buyer account. Information regarding bad conditions that receive credit can be found at www.lcdbuyer.com.

How quickly will I get paid for my LCD’s?

Once your box arrives to the LCD Buyer processing facility the clock starts ticking!  You have our promise you will receive reporting and payment within 5 business days of dock date.   Sign up for free direct deposit for the quickest way to receive your money!

Will I still receive a testing report?

Yes! With LCD Buyer, you’ll still receive two detailed testing reports.  Your yield report and payment report will be sent via email and will be visible at anytime through the online portal immediately after your orders have been processed.

How do I submit a new order?

LCD Buyer makes it easy!  Once you create an online account at www.lcdbuyer.com, you will have immediate access to your buyback list, online order entry, downloadable shipping labels and free LCD shipping boxes.  Choose Request a shipping label to get started!

Will I Still get a shipping label?

Yes! A free UPS label will be provided for orders of 50 LCD’S or more.  Simply click on Request a Shipping label in the LCDbuyer.com website and your label will automatically be generated.

Will I need to fill out new payment information?

Yes, we want to make sure you get paid! On your first order with LCD Buyer, your account manager will reach out to get your direct deposit information, PayPal address or to confirm your address for check payments.

How do I ensure the extra 10% bonus on my first order?

When submitting your first order with LCD Buyer, be sure to mention you are a Harvest Cellular customer. Once orders have been received, you will find an additional 10% per line item in your payment report. You can reach the LCD Buyer team and your designated customer service rep via email, Live Chat or phone. 

How do I know when a there has been a change in market pricing?

Will I be assigned a new account manager?

Yes, once you sign up for your new LCD Buyer account, you will be assigned to your new account manager who will reach out to you within 1 business day to introduce themselves and answer any questions you may have about the program.

Will my new online account have past transaction history available for viewing?

No, unfortunately your past history will not transfer over to the website however your account rep will have access to historical information about your past orders with LCD Buyer.  Going forward, you will be able to view reports you process through LCD Buyer in your purchase history. 

Who do I call about orders or questions I have about shipments processed through Harvest Cellular?
